This is the fine dining concept of two-star chef Erik van Loo. Yes, that Erik van Loo, of restaurant Parkheuvel in Rotterdam. At EVE, everything revolves around refined service, an eye for detail and hospitality at the very highest level. Here you learn things you will not learn anywhere else. Step inside and you find yourself two centuries back in time. Everything is still original in this listed building on the most beautiful avenue in The Hague, on the Prinsjesdag route where the Golden Coach passes by. A museum-like setting with an atmosphere you will not find anywhere else.
