Past
Since 2008, we have developed approximately 240,000 m² of inner-city real estate for living, healthcare, office, hotel, and education purposes. Through these projects, we have developed our blueprint for creating function-free buildings that can easily adapt to change.
Present
Currently, we own 51,000 m² of real estate and have 150,000 m² of real estate under development, focusing on the Amsterdam and The Hague regions. Although the projects can vary greatly in appearance and use, their dynamic, precious, and sustainable DNA remains the same.
Future
For the next five years, we have set ourselves the goal of keeping our entire portfolio for the long term in investment with the RE:BORN Impact Fund. In this way, we can make a long-term impact. In addition, we want to further expand our portfolio with our extensive acquisition pipeline.
