Started in 2008 as students with a dream, for the past 15 years we have grown into a developing investor with a property portfolio of 150,000 m2. Our mission? Realizing a dynamic, dear and durable (3D) built environment. One that is based on function-free real estate: freedom for now and in the future

The challenges in the built environment are many. From housing and care shortages to persistent vacancies. From rundown buildings and social inequality to growing sustainability issues such as waste, carbon emissions and climate change. But where others see problems, we see opportunities.

Impact must be measurable, we believe. In each project, our specialized partners map the 3E impact: emotional, environmental and economic. This 3E impact is translated into both impact on the SDG (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria. We then translate this impact into portfolio results.
