The Pier
The Scheveningen Pier is a true icon in The Hague and Scheveningen.
In the spring of 2024, we became co-owners of this icon.
In the coming years we will be engaged in the redevelopment of The Pier.
The Pier, built in 1961, has seen many changes and owners over the years.
For decades there have been ambitious plans for the redevelopment of this iconic structure, but these have often stalled in the political playing field of The Hague.
As a result, the redevelopment of The Pier has not moved forward until now.
We believe this can be done differently. In the spring of 2024, we became co-owners of the Pier in Scheveningen. Together with our partners, we developed a plan within the current zoning plan and are in discussions with the municipality to bring it to fruition in the coming years.
